Existing Home Sales Decreased Nearly 20 Percent in April

The American Association of Realtors released data yesterday indicating that sales of existing homes plunged 18 percent in the month of April. This represents the industry’s largest decline in a decade. While economic instability and state lock-downs hammered the whole country, home sales on the west coast were most heavily impacted.
