IMF Says Global Economy is in Worst Recession Since Great Depression

Recent events have plunged the world into economic turmoil, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) now says we have reached the worst recession since the Great Depression of the 1930s. As health officials race to find a vaccine and mitigate further health and economic harm, it’s still possible for conditions to worsen before recovery begins.
